Rust-Oleum Peelable Silver Spray Paint – 150ml

Rust-Oleum Peelable is a temporary, peelable coating intended for customising household items. It provides a high build, smooth matt finish that is washable. Peelable can be applied to metal, plastic and glass surfaces. Can be applied to metal, plastic and glass surfaces. Application – Shake can vigorously for one minute after mixing ball begins to rattle.

If mixing ball fails to rattle DO NOT STRIKE. Contact Rust-Oleum. Shake often during use. Keep the can 20-30cm from surface and spray in a steady back-and-forth motion, slightly overlapping each stroke. Apply 1 light mist coat. Then apply 4 or more slightly heavier coats, followed by a final medium coat to build desired thickness and achieve a smooth final film. Coverage – Approximately 0.2m2/can.Drying Time – Target 50% coverage on first coat.

Allow to dry for a minimum of 20 minutes between coats. More coats will result in a thicker coating which is easier to remove when desired. Allow coating to cure for 24 hours prior to use/washing. Drying and recoating times based on 20oC and 50% relative humidity.

Allow more time at cooler temperatures. Dries to the touch in 20 minutes, to handle in 1 hour. You can remove Peelable once the coating has fully cured. When removing the Peelable any residue can be easily removed using a clay bar/mitt and lubricant.
